Small-batch production
We produce in limited runs against expected demand rather than mass-producing and discounting overstock.
Recycled fill & fibers
Where synthetic fiber is necessary — fleece, insulation — we use recycled polyester blends.
Repair, not replace
Goodyear-welted footwear and full-canvas outerwear are built to be resoled and repaired by local cobblers and tailors.
Ongoing work
We're early in this. Full supply-chain transparency and take-back programs are on the roadmap, not yet live.
